Application conditions:

1. The applicant has continued to invest in compliance for four years during the period of holding the 188C visa;

2. meet health and quality requirements;

3. Meet either of the following residency requirements:

(1). The main applicant has lived in Australia for 160 days cumulatively over 4 years;

(2). The spouse has lived in Australia for a total of 720 days in 4 years;

4. Commitment to continue investing in Australia.
